Please note returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition - unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags attached. If your garment does not meet these conditions, you will not be eligible for a return. Returns must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order.
We retain the option to modify your return method should your return not adhere to our returns policy in terms of its condition.
FULL PRICED ITEMS
All full priced items are eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund. *Earrings and headwear are ineligible for an exchange, store credit or refund due to hygiene reasons.
FULL PRICED ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Full priced garments purchased during a promotional period are eligible for an exchange or store credit.
FULL PRICED ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE
Full priced garments purchased with a discount code are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items are eligible for an exchange or store credit. If a sale item is marked with FINAL SALE, the product is ineligible for any type of return, unless faulty.
SALE ITEMS PURCHASED DURING A PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
Sale products purchased during a promotional period cannot be returned for a store credit or exchange unless faulty.
FAULTY
Every garment at Chic and Sassy undergoes a strict quality control process, however, if you believe your item has a fault, please contact our customer service team at info@chicandsassy.com.au with your order number and imagery of the faulty item. We will review the item and provide a replacement, repair or refund accordingly.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be used as store credit to purchase items from our website. Please see our Terms & Conditions for further information.
Once your garment is returned, the replacement garment will be sent free of charge if the garment is faulty or the incorrect size
